Mondragon Roofing, Siding & Gutters, LLC did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They helped us with our insurance company adjusters and claim specialists. They quickly cleaned up the materials as they tore the old off and applied the new materials which was an upgrade. Siding and down spout repairs were done quickly too. I had an extremely positive experience with Mondragon Roofing. I was having difficulty finding a roofing company to do a small roof repair job. Mondragon Roofing did not hesitate to review my repair request, even though it was small and not a huge replacement job. They treated me like i was just as important as someone spending thousands. Not only were they professional, they were honest with their inspection and fair with their pricing. They clearly understood the true scope of the roofing industry. The office manager Cheryl was very prompt on scheduling the work. The contractor, Aurelio, completed the inspection and the work within days. I work in an industry that hosts events for local realtors and local insurance agencies, so I will definitely be making sure that Mondragon Roofing is my recommended roofing company for their clients. Had an excellent experience with Mondragon. They were professional, courteous and very very clean. Usually when my neighbors get a roof there is plastic bags flying all over the neighborhood. Our shingles came in a pink wrapper so it would have been easy to spot them around, I couldn’t find a single one. They were budget conscious and never a date. They were actually early to every meeting and the day they did our roof. The best part of the whole process. I left for work in the morning as they pulled up, and they were just cleaning up when I got home. If I didn’t come home early I would not have known they were there!
